Trends follow fashion, interior, and graphic design and every year Pantone puts together the up and coming colors. This year the number one color was a tie for the first time ever. The hues sharing the spotlight are Rose Quartz, a soothing pink, and a calming blue called Serenity. Overall this year’s colors are peaceful with complimentary highlights mixed with a few subtle, deep hues as contrasts. In a rushing world these combinations are a reminder to slow down and be soulful.
