Do I need a hero?

118Id rather have a team retail blog 1Have you ever wished you had some great people to help you? It’s what is on the minds of so many right now. It’s more that another pair of hands to help with the heavy lifting. Many times we need to connect with those who inspire us or we inspire them.

It’s tempting to default to looking for a hero to swoop in and save the day. We think that will make it easier for us. We may even appreciate the fact that some of the more challenging things in our life are taken care of for us.

But, what do we personally gain from that? There is momentary peace of mind as a real burden is lifted and there is always something to learn from a hero. But most of all, we gain a sense of, I’ll probably need a hero again because I have my limits. Is that the way to empower yourself or build a team? Probably not. A hero works alone, comes in when swift and decisive action is needed and leaves to let ya’all clean up the aftermath.

We have a better plan for you. It will take cooperation, sharing responsibilities and respecting each other. It’s called team building. This means searching for the group of people who will think together, work together, clean up together and celebrate together. No one is the hero, because everyone is the hero. The process for finding your people starts with you. Get your attitude in the right place, have your great idea or talent up and ready to be shared and then start interviewing. Whether it’s a formal interview or something that gets worked out on a cocktail napkin; be open and available.

We have three candles for you to work with to get you centered in the sales seat. Goddess Affirmation candle, Lakshmi World candle, Helping Hand Hoo Doo Candle. Start with the Goddess candle. Light it and allow the goddess energy within to blossom. Just bask in the confidence that is filling you. Then light the Lakshmi candle and invite that goddess to help you with your business idea and make those important connections with the right people. When you find the group is starting to gel, light your Helping Hand Hoo Doo candle to get everyone happily on the same page. Everyone will have a role in the group and will need the cooperation of the whole group to be successful.

Finally, solidify your team with a symbol or mascot. May I suggest our Witches Union Hive Magic patch? Check out the packaging. There is a really nice spell on it that could really uplift the commitments.
