Using ingredients from your kitchen and combining them with some of our classic Blessed Herbal products, you will be back on track with your energy, attitude, and support.

Back in the Saddle Spell

Ingredients:

• Blessed Herbal Candles
  • Ancestor
  • Protection
  • Happiness
• Blessed Herbal Oil
  • Spiritual Cleansing
    
• Place of honor or altar
• White Flowers
• Spray Bottle
• Bowl
• Coffee Grounds - 1/2 cup
• Coconut oil - 1 tsp
• Hot water - 2 tbs
• Blessed Herbal candle holders

Prepare your magical space and tools. Make a spray with 1 drop of Spiritual Cleansing oils per ounce of distilled water.  Shake up the spray and cleanse yourself, your space, and your altar.

Place your candles in their holders and the flowers in a vase. In the bowl, mix the coconut oil and hot water until fully liquid. Stir in the coffee grounds until it is a nice body scrub consistency.

Light the candles, starting with the Ancestor candle. Invite your ancestors to support your recovery and take the reins of your life again.

Light the Protection candle. Ask your divine allies and ancestors to protect you from inner and outer traps you may have laid that would sabotage your recovery.

Light the Happiness candle. Tell your ancestors and divine allies all about what makes you happy and what joy awaits you. Talk about it as if it already happened.

Use the Spiritual Cleansing spray to clear your bathroom. Use the body scrub with the intention to clear away the old energy that you are leaving behind. Allow yourself to become emotional; cry, yell, get mad, get it all out.

Brush the coffee scrub off of your skin and wash everything off.  Spray yourself with the spiritual cleansing spray again. Sit in front of your altar and let your aura be filled with love, protection, and joy. Stay here until you are energized. Extinguish the candles before you go.

Dispose of the flowers when they wilt.

Relight the candles every day to strengthen your resolve and replenish your vital energy.
