 Lucky Star Spell - December 2021 Witches Union Spell Card

December’s Spell Caster Card taps into this season’s energy to create your own luck! With the Lucky Star spell, you gather all of your dreams and wishes and infuse it with good fortune and luck. What if everyone had a lucky star? Imagine the possibilities of joy, compassion and abundance in the world!

Lucky Star Spell

Ingredients:

• Luck Affirmation candle
• Happiness Blessed Herbal oil
• Candleholder
• Gold permanent marker
• Cardboard star
• Aluminum foil
• Baking sheet
• Gold charm bag
• Herbs:
  • Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Basil

Cover the cardboard star with aluminum foil, shiny side out. Line the baking sheet with the foil. Place the star in the center of the baking sheet. With the gold marker, draw seven stars on your candle holder, allow them to touch or overlap. Anoint the baking sheet, star, and candle holder with the Happiness oil. Place the candle holder in the center of the star.

Sprinkle the herbs on the silver star and baking sheet. Ask each herb to bring their powers of luck and good fortune into your life.

Carve one large star onto your Luck candle (remove all packaging first) and color it in with the gold marker. Anoint the candle with the Happiness oil. Light the candle and recite the  Luck candle affirmation 7 times as you drip the wax onto the herbs. Place the candle in the holder.

Write out the luck and good fortune you want in your life onto the star and aluminum-lined baking sheet. Cover the words with the herbs. As the candle gets molten in the candle holder, drip wax on top of each word. Burn the candle while you can attend it, and relight it every day until it is consumed.

Gather the herbs and wax drips and place them in the gold charm bag. Carry that bag for continued luck. As your luck wanes, empty the bag of the spent ingredients. Repeat this spell and refill your bag with the lucky herb and wax blend.
