You and your staff will need to find ways to give good service to this type of customer. You may not be a therapist or a Life Coach but you can create a space for someone to begin to detox spiritually. Creating a peaceful shopping space for people can also be a boon for your business. It can promote longer stays, more frequent visits and increase sales.
Small touches mean a lot to creating a supportive spot. Create a seating area in a quiet corner where one can sit and read or just take in the calm setting. Color is also a fundamental component of a healing environment. Just changing the color scheme can cause a change in the ambiance of the room.
You and your staff can introduce your customers to books, crystals and other items to take home so that this awakening process can continue after they leave the store.
