We’d like to introduce you to Mark, our new Customer Service Manager!
Mark is taking the helm in our sales department, and will be working with Crystal and Tony, our fulfillment and shipping specialists. He has previously dabbled in restaurant management and what he refers to as “personal assistant-ing”, and has managed a radio station.
Mark is interested in “living in a more honest and natural way”, and “being involved in a work project that is meaningful with people I can relate to”. So far, the people and culture at Coventry are what he likes the most about working here. That and that it smells very nice.
